HOW TO SHOP
Dear customers,
We are very pleased that you have decided to purchase goods in our online store www.diomedea.cz
You can order the assortment on the biozdroj.cz e-shop website as a registered or unregistered user of the website.
You can register using the Registration icon in the top right menu of the site, which is located next to the Login tab, where you can log in at any time later to enter the registered section of the site.
o registrované části.- More convenient shopping - you only need to fill in the attributes for successfully sending an order (name, address, e-mail, telephone, delivery address ...) once, for all other orders that you make as a logged-in user of the site, everything will be listed automatically in the Order.
- You can monitor the status of your current order and all your previous orders.
- If, as a registered customer, you place 3 orders for 700 CZK or more in our e-shop (excluding delivery costs), you will have the opportunity to choose a gift from the goods that will be selected as BIOZDROJE presentation products at a given time. These three orders, exceeding the amount of 700 CZK, do not have to be made consecutively.
- You are informed by e-mail about news on the zdrave-oleje.cz website (if you check the box during registration that you want to be informed about news from the e-shop).
What should I do to make a successful purchase?

- In the left menu under the E-shop tab, there are individual categories into which goods are divided according to their type.
- After clicking on a given category, its subsections will expand, or you will be shown the products that are placed under the given category. Now you can start shopping by filling in the icon for the product how many pieces you want to order and then clicking on the icon to the cart. This will add the goods to the shopping cart.
- You can sort the products shown in the given sections by name or their price from the cheapest to the most expensive. You can also search for products by the specification of BIO quality, Gluten-free products, Fair Trade, No added sugar, No milk, RAW products or their discounts (Special offer) or introduction to the e-shop (News). You can find these icons under the categories of the E-shop tab, Special offer and News above the product categories in the top left.
- After adding goods to the cart, the contents of the Shopping Cart will always be displayed. You can also monitor the status of your shopping cart in the right column at the very top of the Shopping cart tab (via this tab - by clicking on the Shopping cart or the cart icon or the amount of your order - you can return to the contents of your cart if you have interrupted your purchase). Now you can select other goods from the E-shop sections.
- Once you have selected all the goods you want (you have the contents of the Shopping cart open after adding the last product), please check your order. At this stage, you can delete individual lines/products in the order by clicking on the green cross on the right of the relevant line, change the number of pieces of the ordered products or view the details of the given product by clicking on its name. You can also delete the entire contents of the Shopping cart by clicking on the Empty cart icon. If you have changed the quantity of pieces for individual products at this stage of the purchase, you must confirm the changes by clicking the Recalculate button.
- If you are already satisfied with your purchase, click on the Order button.
- In the next step, you fill in your personal information to place your order. The fields that are required to be filled in are marked in red and the text next to these fields is marked in bold. If you want a different delivery address than the billing address, fill in the necessary attributes for the correct delivery of your shipment in the Delivery Address fields. Do not fill in another delivery address if it is identical to the payer's address (billing address). Please fill in your name and address with diacritics, including capital letters! This will facilitate the safe and fast delivery of your shipment. If you provide incorrect information, our company cannot guarantee the smooth delivery of your order. Next, you first select the Shipping Method and then the Payment Method, the offers of which will only be displayed to you after you select a shipping method. After filling in all the necessary attributes, click on the Order Preview icon at the bottom right.
- In the Order Preview, you can see the entire list of goods you ordered, including the entered attributes for the successful delivery of your shipment. If you have found any error in the entered address or Payment Method and Shipping Method, you will return to the Order by clicking the Edit Data button at the bottom left. If everything is correct, click the Send Order button at the bottom right. Please note that every order sent is binding!
- Now wait for the email to arrive at your entered email address, confirming the receipt of your order.
Instructions for advance payment within the Czech Republic
If you have chosen the payment method IN ADVANCE - by bank transfer, please pay the amount of your order to the account number: 2200068359/2010 and enter your order number as the variable payment symbol. Enter your name and surname in the message for the recipient. As soon as the amount of your order is credited to our account, the goods will be sent to you immediately. If you want to speed up the sending of your shipment, please send us a copy of the payment order from your bank regarding the payment of your order to the email: biozdroj@gmail.com
Instructions for advance payment within SLOVAKIA
If you have chosen the payment method IN ADVANCE - by transfer to an account for sending goods to SLOVAKIA, please pay the amount of your order in EUROS (see the total amount of your order) to IBAN: CZ9620100000002200068359 BIC code/SWIFT: FIOBCZPPXXX and enter your order number as the variable payment symbol. Enter your name and surname in the message for the recipient. The bank transfer fee is within the tariffs of your banking institution for payments in Slovakia. As soon as the amount of your order is credited to our account, the goods will be sent to you immediately. If you want to speed up the sending of your shipment, please send us a copy of the payment order from your bank regarding the payment of your order to the email: biozdroj@gmail.com.
Please make your payment on time! If the amount is not credited to our account within 7 days of placing your order, it will be automatically canceled and the goods will be offered for purchase again to other customers. Thanks for understanding.
